1 – Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by JBRELUXE (hereinafter "the Seller") with non-professional customers (hereinafter "the Customer"), wishing to purchase the products offered for sale on its website www.JBRELUXE.com.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of new and second-hand products concluded between:

  • on the one hand, the company JBRELUXE , a micro-enterprise registered with the RCS of Paris under number 939592218 whose registered office is located at 149 avenue du Maine 75014 Paris, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller";
  • and on the other hand, any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website www.jbreluxe.com , hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

2. Products

JBRELUXE offers for sale:

  • new items, conforming to current standards;
  • Second-hand items , carefully selected, checked, certified and sold as is.

Each product listing clearly states whether the product is new or used, and provides a detailed description of its condition. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

Second-hand items offered for sale are described according to a wear scale; unless otherwise stated, the scale used is as follows:

  • Nine
  • Excellent condition
  • Very good condition
  • Good condition
  • Condition: Good

This classification is provided for informational purposes only and is based on a visual examination of the item as well as the description published on the website. The seller is committed to describing the condition of the items as accurately and transparently as possible, so that the buyer can make an informed purchase.

The origin and authenticity of branded items sold on JBRELUXE.com are verified and certified using Entrupy authentication technology, which guarantees the integrity of luxury and high-end products. A digital certificate of authenticity can be provided upon request.

3. Price

Prices are shown in Euros on the JBRELUXE.com website inclusive of all taxes, VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI.

When there are promotions or sales, the discounts are indicated along with the applicable price including VAT but excluding delivery charges.

The Products are supplied at the prices in effect on the day the website confirms acceptance of the order.

The price shown in the order confirmation on the JBRELUXE.com website is the final price, including delivery charges.

When placing an order, the Customer is advised to ensure that the price of the Products they are referring to corresponds to the price displayed on the current page of the JBRELUXE.com website and not on an outdated page accessed through an internet search using cached data. The data provided by the Customer and recorded by the JBRELUXE.com website during the ordering process constitutes proof of the transactions between the Seller and the Customer.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the buyer's address and added before payment. Only one shipping method is offered, via DHL.

4. Order

The Customer has the option to order on the website www.jbreluxe.com .

The Customer warrants that he/she is fully authorized to use the bank card for the payment of his/her order and that this card provides access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from this order.

By ticking the box "I have read and agree to the general terms and conditions of sale" during the ordering process, the Customer declares that they fully and unreservedly accept all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by JBRELUXE or its service provider constitutes proof of all transactions between JBRELUXE and the Client. JBRELUXE will systematically confirm the order and its shipment by email.

To allow the Customer to learn about the Products they wish to purchase before ordering, JBRELUXE presents the essential characteristics of the Products offered for sale. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. They do not constitute a commitment on the part of JBRELUXE.

If the Customer has any questions about the products, they can contact customer service via the "Contact" link on the website, specifying the subject of their request.

The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer can track the progress of their order by clicking on the "Order Tracking" link on the website www.jbreluxe.com , or by contacting customer service at 06 22 51 93 66 (cost of a local call).

JBRELUXE reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order, or if JBRELUXE reasonably believes that the Customer has violated these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.

5. Payment

Orders are paid for online, securely, using the following methods:

  • Bank card via Shopify Payments : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
  • PayPal

Payments are fully secure thanks to the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance. JBRELUXE never has access to the customer's bank details.

  • Shopify Payments is a solution that complies with international security standards. Transactions are processed directly through Shopify.
  • PayPal allows the Customer to pay without disclosing their bank details to the Seller, via their PayPal account or by credit card.

The order will only be validated upon receipt of payment. In case of payment refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are estimates only. Shipments are made via DHL. JBRELUXE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.

Delivery times for France, Europe and the rest of the world are 5 to 7 working days.

Upon order confirmation, the customer will receive an electronic tracking link allowing them to check the delivery status of the package with the carrier appointed by the seller.

If visible damage is observed upon delivery, the customer is required to make reservations with the carrier or refuse to accept the package, send a reasoned letter to the carrier, and inform the seller as soon as possible.

If the customer fails to collect the package or if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the seller reserves the right to charge the customer for all additional costs incurred, including reshipping or storage fees.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • New products : returns accepted if the product is intact, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Second-hand products : returns accepted in the condition in which the product was delivered, accompanied by all accessories and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error attributable to JBRELUXE. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, via the original payment method.

The seller will carefully examine the item upon receipt to verify its condition. The photos published on the product page will serve as proof of the item's condition and wear. In the event of damage or missing items attributable to the customer, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the depreciation observed.

When exercising their right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs using their chosen carrier. The seller's liability only begins upon actual receipt of the returned item and after verification that its condition matches that described at the time of sale.

Consequently, the seller cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the item occurring during transport by the carrier chosen by the customer. The customer is advised to choose a carrier that offers tracking and, if applicable, adequate insurance.

8. Legal Guarantees

JBRELUXE complies with the legal guarantees of conformity (Article L.217-7 of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code). Defects or damage resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, negligence, or normal wear and tear of the product after delivery are not covered by the legal guarantees.

All products sold are guaranteed to be genuine and second-hand, after verification and authentication by our experts.

In addition, JBRELUXE offers an Entrupy authentication certificate for certain items, at a cost of €30 per product.

The Entrupy certificate uses imaging and AI technology to verify authenticity and can be requested during checkout. The fee is added to the order before payment.

9. Responsibility

JBRELUXE cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the products or the site.
Its liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order in question.

The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The company accepts no liability in the event of loss, theft, or fraudulent use by a third party.

The company cannot be held responsible for delays or incidents related to force majeure or the use of a communication network beyond its control.

10. Personal data

As part of the ordering process, JBRELUXE collects the customer's personal data necessary for order processing, delivery, invoicing, and customer service. This data may be shared with service providers responsible for order processing and delivery, as well as payment providers.

The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of their data, as well as the right to data portability. These rights can be exercised at any time by contacting the company at the following email address : contact@jbreluxe.com

Data is retained for the duration necessary to process the order and in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations. The customer is encouraged to consult the full privacy policy for more details on the collection and use of their personal data.

11. Applicable Law – Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. The Customer may also resort to a consumer mediator. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
